Have you ever heard of Weelicious? Famous cookbook author Catherine McCord hit it big in 2007 when she launched the website as a resource for parents to see how easy it is to expose children to wholesome, delicious homemade food. She inspired parents with fast, fresh, and easy recipes and an abundance of trusted information on healthy eating.

Now, she has taken her commitment to feed busy families well-rounded, healthy meals to another level with her new meal kit delivery service, One Potato. The meals are organic, fast, easy to prepare, “Instagram-worthy” (in her words), and enticing to both parents and kids. Overall, we think this is the best organic meal delivery service for families. Keep reading to see why!

One Potato Menu

Sample dinner menus include orange chicken with Asian vegetables, roasted cashews, and brown rice. The cashews add a satisfying crunch, and colorful veggies are coated in an irresistibly sweet and tangy orange ginger glaze. Or how about classic mac & cheese, topped with a crunchy bread crumb crust made from a blend of parmesan, mozzarella, and cheddar cheeses, served with fresh peppery arugula and tomato salad? Mmmm. And shush, here’s a secret. Each week you’ll receive a special surprise—your own organic slice-and-bake cookie dough to end each meal with a sweet treat.
